FALL HAPPENINGS 2012

Far from the dead un-colored Autumn weather I experienced living in Texas, I adore the Fall seasons in RVA.

It seems as if Fall already made its presence mid August.  Are you on the “this is going to be the worst/apocalyptic/horrific winter ever” bandwagon like so many are (including myself)?  Time will only tell, but for now let’s bask in the yellows, reds, and oranges, and take advantage of the best season Richmond has to offer.

Here’s a sweet list of foodie-inspired happenings that you’ll probably not to want to miss out on…

10th Annual Capital Ale House Oktoberfest
Where: Capital Ale House – Downtown
When: Saturday, October 6th 12-10pm and Sunday, October 7th
Why: So what if this Oktoberfest is flooded with VCU kids and bros.  It’s a par-tay downtown boasting with polka jams, brats, Bavarian pretzels, and lederhosen for miles.

I love Fall also! But so sad to see the food truck courts winding down cause of the nippy weather. I’m gonna have to figure out other ways to get my Boka tako fix……
